Dr. Greenspan specializes in the treatment of chronic intractable pain including Cancer Pain, Neuropathic Pain, Complex Regional Pain Syndromes, Spine Pain, and Headaches. Dr. Greenspans approach involves a customized treatment plan involving medications, injection procedures, Radiofrequency Neurolysis, Vertebroplasty, Discography, and implantable devices such as Spinal Cord Stimulation, Intrathecal Pumps, and Occipital Neuromodulation.
