It is RARE that I or anyone that I know has a good experience with the USPS. Customer service is nonexistent and general courtesy to another human being is a rarity. If I could NEVER deal with the USPS that would be my extreme preference. The Tualatin location is equally bad, if not worse. Get it together folks or get a new job. Treat people with the respect they deserve and maybe life wouldn't be so bitterly terrible for you. Give a little, get a little - right!?
