Summer Run Apartments provides independent retirement living for low income seniors in the Portland, OR area. Our apartments offer privacy and comfortable living in a warm, friendly and relaxed community. We offer studio and one-bedroom apartments for seniors who can still live independently and enjoy engaging in social activities with other seniors. Services include: • Federal housing financing • 14 Studio apartments • 36 one-bedroom apartments • Safe and easy maintenance living Our Community room, complete with a kitchen, is centrally located on the main floor. We use it for daily coffee time, cards, meeting up with friends to chat, social gatherings and meetings. Walking out from the community room there's a patio and garden area. Our ideal location, near Southeast 82ND Avenue, Interstate 205 and Clackamas Town Center, offers convenient options for shopping including Fred Meyer and Safeway. Public transportation is readily available with the TriMet bus stopping directly in front of the building and the MAX Green Line only one mile east.
