St. Therese Catholic School is a faith-centered educational institution that provides academic services to students in kindergarten through grade eight. It offers classes in reading, writing, math, science, social studies, humanities, music, computer applications, language arts, literature, Spanish, and health and physical education. The school additionally provides special classes in religion, fine arts and Bible reading. It offers a variety of athletic activities, including volleyball, basketball, cheerleading, football, swimming, and track and field. The school maintains a library that provides curriculum-related materials and a variety of leisure reading options for students. It also maintains a Parents Club, which is a parent-teacher organization that coordinates fundraising events, book fairs and auctions. The school is a part of St. Therese Catholic Community, which offers several spiritual and educational programs. St. Therese Catholic School is located in Portland, Ore.
