They were able to figure out what part I was looking for over the phone. Exact size and exact type. Great job considering that there is hundreds of pressure washers out there. This particular model came from Home Depot which I would not ever consider purchasing a pressure washer from them. I would go to Sauter Spray Equipment Co. to purchase my next pressure washer. They are someone who will back the products they sell!!
