Andersen Construction has been building in the Western United States since 1950. Andy Andersen, the founder, introduced concrete tilt-up construction to the Pacific Northwest. Andersen Construction is a construction manager and general contractor that works with technical projects, complex designs, occupied spaces, restrictive sites, fast track schedules and firm budgets. The company has experience in high tech, commercial, retail, education, government, health care, housing, parking structures and manufacturing. Andersen also performs tenant improvements, seismic upgrades and remediation. The company is a LEED certified general contractor with a bonding capacity in excess of $300 million. Andersen has offices in Oregon and Idaho.
