This economy has forced me to stop paying top dollar for everything. I found Rapid Refill downtown Portland and have been most impressed with the product, price and service. The box stores don't do nearly what the staff at Rapid Refill does and they are not afraid to share important information. The recycling by Rapid Refill is in a league of it's own. I am shocked it took so long to make this right turn.
