Providence Care Choices helps you manage your health care. It is for those with cancer, heart failure, COPD or HIV/AIDS who have traditional Medicare insurance. We can answer questions for you or your family. We can also provide supportive, palliative care to improve your quality of life. Our goal is to increase your comfort and ease your way. Medicare pays all costs – there are no copays or deductibles. This project is designed to bring you peace of mind. We want you to live the best, longest life possible. Now you can continue treatment while also getting coordinated, supportive care. In Oregon, this model of care is available only at Providence.
