FlexExpress provides funding on a wide variety of property types including medical, dental, retail, industrial, multifamily and office. Over the years, FlexExpress has been used to provide funds to pay off estate taxes; to provide construction financing for small buildings with a permanent loan takeout; to buy equipment; fund remodels; and to pull out equity for other investments. Terms are extremely flexible with a rapid approval process. All decisions are made locally by the Q10 | National Mortgage Co. loan committee on call whenever needed.
