Motherâ??s Bistro & Bar is a restaurant inspired by home-cooked foods from mothers around the world. Using classic cooking techniques combined with years of international experience, owner and award-winning Chef Lisa Schroeder creates a menu that offers refined versions of traditional home-cooked dishes made with love. Much more than simply comfort food, this â??mother foodâ?? is based on made-from scratch, slow-cooked recipes, utilizing the best available ingredients. In addition to the regular menu, Schroeder celebrates the cuisine of a different mother each month, lovingly referred to as the â??Mother of the Monthâ?? (or â??M.O.M.â??) menu.
