So far Lifewise has been very frustrating. The website seems to always have problems and redirects me to a "can't connect" web page. When I call to find out any information I'm sent to a machine and then when asked to speak to someone I'm then disconnected. I've been trying to reach someone for 4 days. I'm finding it impossible to get any info out of any of their resources. This company really needs to upgrade. This is rediculous!!!
