Following lengthy careers in HR & Safety Management, and decades of experience in supporting small to large businesses in the NW, the husband-and-wife team of Chris and Cynthia Lassen combined forces to channel their talents, and their passion for assisting small to mid-size businesses, to create an HR Consulting firm in 2002 with offices located in Gresham and Portland, Oregon that specializes in personalized service using the latest Human Resource Management & Safety Support Tools to benefit the growth and development of small, growing and changing companies. Cynthia Lassen is a HR Professional with BS degree in Business, specializing in HR Management. She has more than 30 years of experience in the HR Management profession, with an emphasis in structuring the HR Management of small to mid-size companies and providing recruiting support for engineering, high tech, product development, and service businesses in the Northwest. Cynthia is a Professional Member of SHRM and PHRMA. Chris Lassen is an OSHA Safety, Worker's Compensation and Security Professional Investigator and Educator carrying more than 34 years of combined experience in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California. Chris held the position of Worker's Compensation Investigator for the State of Oregon for more than 25 years. As an on-site Investigator and Workers Compensation Instructor with the State of Oregon, Chris' extensive knowledge and experience regarding OSHA Safety in the Workplace provides NW companies with the expertise they need to develop a solid OSHA Safety Plan to help prevent injuries in the workplace and comply with all government requirements. For those facing hardships imposed by workplace injuries, Chris is available to serve as an Expert Witness.
