General Info

Dr. Kyle Baltrusch is a board-eligible plastic surgeon who joined Portland Plastic Surgery Group after graduating from his plastic surgery residency at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU). He focuses his practice on breast cancer reconstruction and cosmetic breast and body procedures. He also has specialized training in transgender surgery and looks forward to being an advocate for the transgender population through providing surgical transformations.
