Also, if you feel they should be held liable, why aren't you suing them yourself?

My mother lived at Pacific Gardens from 2007 - 2014. She received excellent care. The staff was very caring, involved, compassionate with her and also with me and my family. I was encouraged to be involved in her care plan.
