Flowers by Mary Beth Bartel caters to the floral requirements of the Cedar Mill neighborhood in Portland, Oregon. The owner of the flower shop, Mary Beth Bartel is a trained nurse, and has been offering floral and gardening services as well. She graduated from Floral Design Institute of Portland, and works from her house, where she offers an hour of free floral consultation. She hosts flower arrangement classes, and depending on a customerÕs budget, will design gardens for them. Floral packages for wedding are offered with a non-refundable deposit. Mary Beth Bartel accepts personalized check and cash for payments. Pricing is based on package only.
