Called to see if they had tires in stock, they didnt have the tires they had in their ad in stock, which is OK. They did have another brand. Asked what time they closed, person answering the phone said 5:30. Add said 6:00. Mentioned it to him, as I thought it was a typo and he started yelling that they close at 5:30 and company rules are company rules and asking if I wanted to argue with him, when I just tried to tell him that he had a typo on his ad. Horrible customer serice, they lost the sale to me even though they were $50 cheaper than the other used tire store I called.

These guys are great! I called up 30 minutes before they close and the guy told me they had my tires in stock and to come on in! And man, talk about fast, these guys are FAST! My car, all 4 tires mounted and balanced in less than 20 minutes? Wow. Call these guys.
