The firm, based in Portland, Ore. offers complete processing and portion control cutting programs for different kinds of meat. Columbia Empire Meat's in-house butchering and grinding maintains the high quality meat for its customers. The firm supplies to meat vendors some of which include AB Foods, Carlton Farms, Draper Valley Chicken, Harris Ranch, Heart Brand Beef, Hill Meat, Sierra Meat, Strube Ranch, Plume De Veau and Montana Ranch.
