Its purpose is to connect people, solve problems and overcome obstacles, fill in critical funding gaps, foster shared values and build a global renewable energy community. A fundraising campaign is profiled on Clean Reachs platform (web site) and contributions can come from a global crowd of individuals who support one or more of the proposed projects. Unlike investment crowdfunding, contributors will have no ownership or stake in a project or company. Instead, the funds raised are used entirely as promised for the associated project.
