The shop looks like it repairs microwaves, TV's and VCRs. I dropped off my dvd player and they never called me back with an estimate on repairs. I called 5 times in 9 days to get the estimate and every time I got an excuse for no estimate; not even a "we're looking for the parts" or anything. They never returned my calls, and I had to show up at the showroom to get my player back. At that time they finally gave me the estimate. By the way, they charge for estimates.
