Having started his career in the life insurance industry, he is well versed in Key Person Life, Buy Sell Insurance, Deferred Compensation, Disability coverage, and Estate Planning. Joel earned his CLU in 2001. CLU is the professional designation for Chartered Life Underwriter, signifying completion of mastery courses in the field of business insurance and financial planning. Cynthia N. McKee Cyndi and Joel have worked together as agents in the employee benefits arena since 1991. Cyndi has a extensive experience working with large and small employers in plan design, client education and plan management. She continues to help develop the agency and is working on her personal education. Winnie Van Loo Winnie has 5 years experience in the insurance industry specializing in Medicare coverage, as well as overall office management. She has a diverse back round in Human Resources, Payroll and Accounting. She is an integral part of the Benefit Design Group team. Michele Biernat Michele has been with Benefit Design Group for 4 years, providing customer service, client management and internal quote processing.
