Beard's Frame SHop always produces quality work. I have been impressed in the past with their ability to restore and fix frames that were originally slated as not repairable. Two weeks ago I broguht them a framed piece of art that had the glass broken on it. I needed to get it replaced. The wait time on a Sunday afternoon was very long. Apparently there were only 2 people working and the customers they were helping required an enormous amount of time. Finally when one customer went to their car to retireve something I asked the frame shop employee how long it would take to just get new glass installed. She helped me fill out an order form as quickly as she could before the custoemr returned. Two weeks later on the date that I was given to pick up my art work I was again pleased with how everything had been repaired and a new wire and hook installed on the back of the frame.

Fast, funny employee!!! Prices really reasonable. Unlike other big box frame shops, I didn't wait while one Person tried to help eight people!!!
