Dennis helped us, 5 stars for being, easy going, friendly and Not pushy pressurized. Was awesome, in and out in about and hour, we left for a short time to talk it over. And because they had 1. A great vehicle, 2. No pushy or second closer tactices. He gave us room to think and I am very happy with my beautiful like new used vehicle. I recently purchased a car from Joe, who was very helpful and great to work with. The car I chose had a check engine light on. Titan assured me that they would take car of the problem, no matter what it is. I had the code ran for my piece of mind so that I knew what the problem was. To be totally honest, I wanted to see if they would be honest with me in regards to the repair. I am pleased to say that Titan was 100% up front and honest about the issue and repair!
