This place is a nightmare to deal with! I had a wheelchair for after my surgery and returned it to their lobby but now an entire MONTH later I'm getting a letter in the mail stating that I still have it in my posession and that I need to return it in 7 days or I'll be charged. After calling several times one lady asked me to fax in the receipt that I got from the clerk so that they can verify..why isn't this stuff on file?? I will never use this business again

Has anyone else had to dispute the billing every month or so?
