A: A flat labor rate is a set fee for labor ( not an hourly charge ) for maintenance or repair of an individual PC or laptop. That means whether it takes 10 minutes or 3 hours to solve your issue, you pay the same rate. ( Does not include cost of parts that may be needed. Business Support and Consulting projects are not included in the flat-rate service. ) Antico Plus is a small and flexible company committed to providing fast and friendly service to our customers for a reasonable price. Our techs have over 24 years of experience and provide service to a wide range of customers and products, whether it be brand-name or custom-built, whether it is running Windows or is an Open Source program. Antico Plus is owned and operated by a Portland native. Antico Plus is an environmentally-friendly company, following the best practices business guidelines of the City of Portland's Office of Sustainable Development. Ask Antico how to assist your company in reducing paper usage or becoming a paper-free workplace. Antico encourages computer recycling and supports the recycling efforts of Free Geek Community Technology Center. For our customer's convenience, Antico provides free transport of old computers and accessories to Free Geek for re-use and recycling ( Free Geek, however, does charge a fee for recycling computers please refer to www.freegeek.org for required fees and suggested donations ). Antico also promotes the efforts of Recycle for Breast Cancer and will send your old cell phones, PDAs, digital cameras, toner cartridges and inkjet cartridges to this organization free of charge to our customers.
