I wished to add minus rate, but it is not available. My passport photo was taken with a Polaroid hand held camera opposite to the light. Usually I am not picky, but this was the worst picture of me. There is only one shot with luck of professionalism. Next day I took some time and went to a prof to SW Burnside.
