I’ve been a customer since 2004 and Mr. Sparky is my go-to contractor for my electrical needs. From upgrading service to small projects, I have never paid more than the initial quote. They arrive on time and they stand behind their work. Service is friendly and very tidy; very professional!
I have never been more impressed with a service company in my life. Mr. Sparky's electricians are not only knowledgeable but they display the pride in their presentation and workmanship. They showed respect for my property and left the area more clean than when they found it. All questions were thoroughly answered in a manner that I, a non-technical person, could fully understand. Not only would I recommend them to others, I plan to have them return to do additional projects in my home.

Our home renovation became more complicated when we realized our electrical system problems where not only outdated, but in many cases, unsafe. We had no idea who to call, however, our contractor recommended Mr. Sparky. We were impressed from the moment of arrival. Shawn was courteous and patient with us. He not only told me what should be done, but explained in detail why and answered all of my questions, I never felt rushed to make decisions. The job ended up taking several long working days for Shawn as he rewired most of the house and installed a new pannel. Always a grade ABOVE professional, yet friendly and comfortable to have in our home as well. We would recommend without hesitation! We now have Mr. Sparky's phone number handy for all emergencies and feel secure with all of our new electrical work! I can't think of one thing that could have been done better. 5 STAR SERVICE ALL THE WAY!

Our home has knob and tube wiring and it needed updating. They explained how rewiring knob and tube is not a simple job but they could do it and it would be safer once the upgrade was done. At the end of the day we felt better and they kept to their quote.
