My wife and I LOVE these people. Not only are they very competent, and offer good products and services at very reasonable prices, but they are fundamentally decent human beings. Ours is a lifetime commitment to Giles, due to phenomenal service from Jim, service that goes way beyond what one could reasonably expect.

worse experience ever!!! Took 70 days to get my glasses. The glasses had the WRONG lenses in them. Then it took another 14 days from them to fix the lenses. They never once explained the delay or said sorry.
