Mr. Doria was the only electrician who answered the phone and accomdodated us and our schedule, not his own. It seems that contractors who get busy often neglect to afford potential customers just basic civility. (calling back, answering their phone or recomending someone who might be available). Mr. Doria hasn't forgotten that his customer's need help not attitude or the brush off...
