I needed a tune up for my very old boiler. I called and was promtply scheduled for the same week by a very friendly and efficiant receptionist. I received a call when the techinician was on his way, that was really nice! The technician (Jim) was very personable and professional - he even put on boot covers before he came into my house so he wouldn't get the floor dirty. The tune up was completed within 30 minutes and Jim gave me a full and thorough report when he was finished. If anything ever goes wrong with my heating or cooling I will definately use them for repairs or replacement. Thanks for the great service!!

Great Service, Very Informative. Helped us make best decision for our furnace. Took the time to explain all options and why it was best for us. Was able to answer all questions and I will be working with this company in the future for a new furnace. We have been dealing with Z Heating for years and will continue to do so.
Wanted to take a minute to thank Jim W. for all his help. He took the time to review all information and thoroughly answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

We were extremely satisfied with the quick response we received by Jim W when we placed a service call to have our air conditioner repaired. He promptly returned our call and was at our house within an hour (and after regular business hours). He was able to diagnose the problem and repair the air conditioner in one visit. Would highly recommend him - he was very knowledgable, reliable and customer service oriented.
Excellent job. Very friendly and professional. Thoroughly and completely inspected my furnace and then gave four options for repair. No pressure to schedule repair.

I highly recommend Z Heating Cooling and Plumbing. They came to our house at 9:30 at night for an emergency. They could have charged us anything at that point and we would've paid it. But they only charged us $85 for a service call. Adam was professional, friendly, knowledgable and completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.
