This company has very poor customer service. I was over charged for service that wasn't even done properly. They had faulty equipment and didn’t know any of the answers to my questions. When I called to try and work it out, I was told Ken would call me back. That hasn't happened since June and now it is November. I paid what I was quoted and they are charging a late fee on the balance. I even asked to talk to the owner and was told that he doesn't talk to customers.

I RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!
