I brought some slacks 2 to be cleaned and the other 4 to be hemmed ...i sternly addressed to call be on the price before they begin to send off to be cleaned/hemmed ..i received a call from a lady, who stated the cost for the service would be 32 dollars, I repeated to her is this the amount due she stated yes, and told her to go ahead with the alterations. Now I go in to pick up my clothes and the amount went up to almost 44 dollars ...she then began to argue with me ..her customer she didn't th8bk twice to apologize for any of it. So they quote you one price and than overcharge you when you go and pick up your clothes..and one of my slacks was missing. She was rude, unprofessional and argumentive...i guess she doesn't UNDERSTAND what the concept of customer service is.. I will go to humble for any future needs...

Seriously, cigatette smoke odor as soon as you walk on? High prices. A drive thru with dangerously gaping potholes. Fire the smoker. Fumigate. Fix your lot.
