All of its services have contemporary music and a message that is Bible-based and relevant to daily life. Its Sunday evening service is geared towards college students and young adults. It additionally has various groups that meet weekly in homes or other meeting places. Shepherd Church has various ministries, such as adult, audio and lighting, building and grounds, Lift Up Jesus and children's ministries. It also has college and young adult, emotional and relational wellness, evangelism, music and arts, nursery and preschool, and office help, administration and support ministries. Shepherd Church additionally offers pastoral care, shalom fellowship, special events, sports ministries, stewardship and estate planning, student, television and worship ministries.
