They installed 2 trane furnaces and wored them wrog relative to the ones they replaced and wont stand behind the install or fix it right claiming the previous owner did it. their website claimes being in business since 86, and great customer satisfaction. I havent taled to any one who agrees. They want outrageous amounts to correct the problem which resulted in damage to my equipment and my home. They wouldn't even return calls initially...very poor in every area.
