      Asked for a land survey check for property in floodplain. Gave me estimate for successful bid. No estimate for unsuccessful bid. Didn't want to proceed if no chance and if it was going to be close, I didn't want to move forward. Assured me this will successful bid. Month later I get invoice saying unsuccessful but still owe only $100 less for successful bid. Very misleading company. Would never use them again. Be careful or you will get charged a very high price and have nothing to show for it.

      Expensive for a very straight forward plot survey. Needs corners marked for fence- took months to get bill and survey paperwork.
