1st time ordering balloons for a graduation party, ordered and paid for them 1 week before was told to pick them up at 1:00 on 6/25, went to pick them up, NOT ready was told not sure when they were going to be ready. Graduation party started at 3:00. No call to say they were behind drove 45 minutes to find out no balloons. The staff did not care they had all kinds of excuses. WILL Never order from here again. BEWARE!!!! Only giving one star because I have to in order to post this review.
