I just was at this branch location last week. They had one teller working. I do think that she looked very overworked. I could tell she was trying her best to keep up. It took me 15 minutes to be helped. Both gentlemen who were in their office were busy helping other customers. There was a lady who I eventually found out was the branch manager. She did leave her office to walk around the lobby. She never once apologized for how long it was taking or offer to see if she could help me. I was making a deposit for my company. I would assume this is something she could of helped with if she was worried about customer service at all. She ended up going into the backroom. I have been going to this branch for many years and I have to say I was very disappointed by the lack of help they have. I know many of the employees are really trying but the overall atmosphere there has decreased in the last few months. I think I will need to change branch locations or banks altogether.

I use to frequent this bank. I thought that everyone was very friendly and helpful. I loved working with Darelle, Rudy, and Carissa. However, after management change I can honestly say that I am not happy. Although one person is still there out of the three I thought gave me excellent customer service it just isn't the same. I am getting ready to close my account. I wish I knew where the other two went so I could go to their new bank. I hope that Fifth Third decides to do another management change because I know they will be losing more clients with the current manager on duty.

After pulling into the drive thru on my lunch and sending the tube in I waited for 5 minutes before I pushed the call button to see if there was a problem only to be told "she" would be right with me. So I waited another 5 minutes only to have no response, finally a male teller took my payment and walked away. I pushed the button once again and asked if there was a problem only to be told that there was not, they were just catching up on things. Leaving a customer sitting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes in inexcusable. I realize I am not one of the "Bigger" accounts but I still AM a customer and do now appreciate wasting my lunch hour with poor, rude customer service. If I could leave negative stars for the review I would!
