Amazing

I went looking for any pain relief, only to be put through torturous hell. At no time was my pain ever addressed or brought up. I was degraded, lied to and dismissed. I am disabled because of my pain. The drs. at this facility are worse than my dogs veterinarian.

Due to an auto accident, I have lived in chronic pain, and took narcotics for nearly 20 years, for pain relief. I have tried nearly every possible method of pain relief to no avail, and was ready to give up. I went to Southern Michigan Pain Consultants, (Dr. Kuiper DO), and was given "Cervical Facet Injections", and I have been PAIN FREE for the first time in 20 years, I'm drug free!!! I was recently seen at this office to get help for my severe back pain that I've had for several years after a major back surgery. I've been to several doctors in the past only to be brushed off or passed on to someone else - FINALLY after coming here I was listened to, and actually felt like they cared about my problem, and whats better I was given a treatment that actually WORKED!! I highly recomend them and am so thankful that I came here and will continue to get treatment here.

I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM SEVERE BACK PAIN FOR AT LEAST 7 YEARS AND FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS I WAS BEING TREATED BY DR. GUERNSEY WHO ALWAYS TREATED ME WITH DIGNITY & RESPECT, HE IS NOW RETIRING FROM PRACTICE & I AM NOW BEING MADE TO FEEL LIKE SOME 2ND CLASS CITIZEN. AS ANYONE WHO SUFFERS FROM PAIN KNOWS, YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO PROVE YOURSELF TO YOUR DOCTORS, WHICH I HAD ALREADY DONE & NOW I AM BEING MADE TO FEEL AS IF I AM JUST MAKING UP MY PAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE ANESTHESIOLOGISTS (THAT IS ALL THEY REALLY ARE). I CAN'T EVEN GET THEM TO RETURN THE PHONE CALL THAT THEY REQUESTED THAT I MAKE TO THEM.
