      Reeders is a great place to get your car fixed. They're really accomadating and they offer warranties on most of their parts. Its literally the only place I'll go. Some cool things they have is that if call Joe's Towing to get you car towed, they'll add it onto your bill after if you don't have the cash up front to pay for the tow. They also don't charge fees for your car staying extra days. Really great people and staff is always courteous and very helpful with any questions. Would recommend them to anyone.

      Poor service and poor workmen ship. Ross was especially unhelpful. May have to contact Attorney General for advice.

      Had oil lines replaced about a year ago, no issues. Transmission lines may be next for them, I hope they're not too busy.

      Took my car to Reeders auto, was told I needed a new water pump. So I had them replace the water pump. I get my car back and it started making a new noise that it wasn't making before I had the water pump repair. Took it back and was told I needed a new tensioner which was causing the noise. So I had them replace the tensioner. Drove the car off the lot and it was still making the same noise. Took it back to have them tell me it was actually my serpentine belt which they replaced free of charge. Drove the car off the lot and the noise started AGAIN. Took the car back a total of 4 times for the same noise. Long story short (too late), I needed a new alternator the whole time. These guys just fix random things in your car and charge you full price, cross their fingers and hope it fixes your issue. Thanks for nothing but filling your pockets Reeders auto.

      just got charged $200 for a part that I can prove cost $150.....1/2 gal of antifreeze for $11......shop supplies $14.90....unreal. Should have took it a dealer, at least then I know what to expect.

      The service is wonderful. They are patient and take the time to go over any questions you may have. They are so skillful that this is where you will want to go when the other shops tell you they can't fix it or that they can't find anything wrong. Jeff, second generation owner, is wonderfull. Want a quick oil change? No problem because a seperate bay area is set up for just oil changes that will have you out in a snap. I love this place and am happy I took a chance and stopped in.
