Terribly disappointed. They lure you in with "awesome loan rates" then they change everything. I have excellent credit. I have had loans with another credit union where I was treated like a king. I saw the attractive rates at Members and thought I could change some things around a save a few bucks. I didnt NEED to do anything. I met with a banker. She assured me everything looked great. Members counter offered all of my transactions! I have never been treated so poorly. I tried to call the manager. Manager was "gone for the day" at 430pm. Our credit was run numerous times. No wonder they are struggling for customers. I have learned my lesson. I pay ALL my bills on time. Whoever gets my business should be greatful! You wont find a cleaner record. I am staying with the credit union I was with in the first place. Moral of the story is its worth it to pay alittle more to get the respect you deserve. Customer service is a lost art! I deserve better and so do you! Avoid Members!
