I went to Autozone to get my battery replaced. A couple new guys were helping and took their time with replacing my battery. I had no problem with them whatsoever, were all new at one point. The manager came out to help after awhile. He starts ordering his guys around, doesnt even acknowledge me. He then goes and orders me to do something which is something he should of done himself. I dont even care about helping him but his attitude and poor customer service left a bad taste.I then ask him about veterans discount and he just simply nods. Unreal. The last time i go here and since I do all the work on my vehicle its their loss.

Went to autozone to get help with a battery testing. The issue is that if I turn my car off, I need to jump it in order for it to start again. The employee told me that I needed to shut the car off in oder to complete the test. When I asked what would I do if I turn my car off and then it won't start, and she just said I don't know. I went to advanced auto parts down the street and they actually went the extra mile to help me run the test and jump my car! Now THAT is exceptional customer service!

None of the employees want to help & are very rude! With all the auto part stores in the area,I would skip this one. Horrible service! We will never go back.

This locations is terrible. Bypass this Autozone.
