Kelly's approach to bodywork is based on her belief that if we give ourselves the gift of stress relief and relaxation our bodies will reward us with better health. Working intuitively and following the clients lead with regard to depth and pressure, each session is customized to meet the clients needs. She works slowly and gently at first to warm the muscles. As the body allows, deeper work can occur without pain or discomfort. Swedish Massage is the foundation of her work. Hot Stones, Cupping Therapy and Reiki are combined with the massage upon request.
