The lady that is always behind the counter at this store seems to know everything there is to know about the mailing business. We have had a mailbox here for years and she calls us to remind us when we have an over size pkg waiting. Always very friendly.

I agree with the other reviewers on this store. The people behind the counters look like they are doing you a favor by assisting you. Very unfriendly! I will go out of my way to avoid using this store for my mailing needs. Two thumbs down!

This is an extremely unfriendly, inept store. I was surprised that there was only one review written about it. Many of my neighbors have told me that they use other UPS stored because of lack of knowledge and help from this store in Tradition, Fl.I brought in a package with a prepaid label and a woman sitting at a table in the back was unhappy to have to get up from her seat. When I remarked that she did not want to get up, her response and attitude was similar to the atmosphere in this store.I also will never use this store again.

0 Stars. Extremely unfriendly! Walked in with a large box - gentleman in store didn't even bother to help me. Just said "Drop off - over there." When I asked for a small piece of tape to re-tape the label he replied "I can sell you a roll". I explained that I only needed a very small piece of tape not a whole roll - again he replied "I can sell you a roll".I was totally shocked at the total lack of customer service and will report to UPS,since they are representing the company
