      Struggling with digestive problems was a constant battle until this Yoga practice came into my life. I am truly thankful to Sutra Yoga for the way they healed my digestive issues through planned Yoga lessons which included different asanas and poses.These poses stretched and relaxed my bowel system .As a result only after a few sessions my digestive issues were completely gone .Yiga as a form of treatment truly holds a lot of potential.

      Previously, biomagnetism assisted me in evading the grip of a major health concern. Biomagnetism benefited me in healing when nothing else did. Magnets are utilized in biomagnetism therapy to help the body's pH levels and promote healing. Germs are destroyed and blood circulation is increased after the pH is balanced. This boosts the immune system and helps to repair illnesses from within.
