I wish I had checked them out before providing a very large financial deposit for which they were to represent me on an IRS audit and to confirm that Joseph Greco had the Enrolled Agent credentials he claimed.

The bad reviews are correct since 16 months later the firm has NOT worked on my case or been in contact with the IRS beyond their 1st phone call.

But it gets worse...

I made a few phone calls and was warned these guys were pretty shady. In fact, I was asked, "Have they threatened to call the police on you yet?" It seems they refuse to communicate & then use our civil servants as a means of bullying so you will simply go away & they don't have to return your funds or documents.

I can't imagine a professional CPA resorting to such tactics!

Sure enough, when I went in to request my files, they immediately told me I was not to come into their office without an appointment or they would call the police. So over the next 5-days, I left 6 messages requesting an appointment to retrieve my files. While I was told multiple times that someone would return my phone call and I would be provided a date to retrieve my files, a return phone call or correspondence never occurred.

So, I called my local police department to bring them up to speed on the situation. Good thing, because today when I called the office to inquire when my files would be returned, this firm stated they planned to call the police to file a police report for harassment.

And they did. But thanks to my earlier report, the police were up to date on the ENTIRE situation. This isn't the 1st time this firm has gone this route...

The bottom line is that this firm is happy to take your money, not do the work you've paid for, prefers to intentionally refuse to communicate, sees no reason why they should return your personal documents so that you can hire a reputable CPA and has a history of bad behavior with their clients.

Choose a different firm to work with.
