John came to attend to a problem with my water heater. I thought that we had to replace it but they fixed what was wrong. You definitely have to call him if you need quick, reliable and professional service. They can fix everything, they are not the cheapest services but every penny is worth it.
My kitchen was completely clogged and contacted a few companies to come out and give us estimates for solving the problem and they asked me for a huge amount of money for a "collapsed sewer pipe" but they didn't explain me that much about the process. When I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, John D. came, identified the problem and he told me the kitchen sink had a clogged shut and charged me a fee what I considered appropriate. He was professional, friendly, and informative. John D. is definitely the kind of employee every company should have.

We had our sinks overflowing and did not know what to do, we called other plumbers but they either didn't call back or count not come for 2 days, I was desperate and I was kind of avoiding call Benjamin Franklin because I had heard they have high prices!
