I have been a Metro PCS customer through B&B wireless for 6+ years. Service is always first rate. Deals on phones better than many other locations. They are the only store I have found for good used phones for most carriers at very reasonable prices, without having to extend a contract to replace a phone. This is the ONLY place I go for my cell phone needs and to whom I send anyone who asks.

I took my cell phone into B & B wireless for repair and he charged me $150 to repair. It worked two days and quit working. I took it back in and he said he would have to charge me again to fix it. No guaranties on work done. Who would do business with a company like this? I did and it cost me $150 to find out. I will not do business with a person like this. Beware
