Avoid at all costs. AVJ accepted a load from our company, failed to deliver on time, lied about where the load was and for over a week, we had no idea where or when the load would show up. When it finally did arrive, AVJ had double-brokered the load to a "friend" and they had no authority to do so. If there were an option for a zero rating, they still wouldn't have earned it.
