Do not take you car here if you have rims , these guys don't care at all about becareful if you have custom rims, I used to work at a rim shop for years and have never mounted tires on a rim with the face facing down on the machine , which is what these guys did they promised it wasn't getting scratched, they scratched all my wheels on top of that they didn't even balance my tires correctly, Went the next day to get an alignment at George's whole sale tires and they told me 2 of my tires weren't balanced correctly , They went ahead and balanced them , 26.00 then I had to pay this shop to rebalance them which I shouldn't of had to do that. Went back to the shop showed the guy the receipt told him he didn't do it correctly . He said he did , if you did bud wouldn't of had to have it redone. Asked to at least cover the bill instead of having to pay for my wheels being scratched up ,Guy said he couldn't do anything to talk to his owner, Went today spoke to the owner giving me all these excuses that with wheels like this you have to put them faced down on the machine which is not true at all ask any rim shop if they mount tires on a wheels faced down on the machine . The owner doesn't know at all what he's talking about . Told him I wasn't asking him to pay for my wheels to just cover the 26.00 I had to pay to fix the balance issue. He told me I could of went back to get them rebalnced, why would I go back after they messed up my wheels. If they would of told me they might scratch them I would of told them never mind to not do it , Thats what happens when you go to these little crappy shops to pay less , you get what you pay for. Anyways told owner to just cover the 26.00 instead of paying for my wheels, which the day before I had washed my car and have pictures of each wheel showing they weren't scratched at all just one was before I took it there. Also have pictures i took of the wheels while my car being in there shop incase of this situation right very sloppy.
