In my personal opinion, this copy service is very unprofessional. Today, 6-6-13, I called both the 866 phone # and the 360 # and both numbers have a message that says, I m sorry, but this voice mail box is full and cannot accept new messages. Goodbye. About 2 years ago, (2011 sometime) I arranged to pick up records from them in Port Orchard. I arrived at the appointed time to find myself at a rather dilapidated house with a barn or something like that attached and dogs barking. No one met me with the records; in fact, no one was there. I really wish the local medical facilities would use iod or some other more reliable copy source. I have not had good experiences with this copy business. Just my experience, maybe others find it okay.
