      We were very pleased with the service that Tina provided. She was both thorough and helpful while also working fast to complete the process. She was always quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. We were not very knowledgeable when we entered this process but she met us on our level and she was interested in teaching us so that we could become more knowledgeable and thus able to make informed decisions.

      After getting the run around by several too big to fail banks i was referred by a friend to Tina at Florida Mortgage Specialists. Her knowledge of the latest money saving programs fit me into a mortgage that saved me 10 of thousands of dollars. I can truly say she is a home mortgage genius. Thanks Tina your awesome.
